Our History
From Training Excellence to Direct Service Delivery
Our journey began with a focus on human resources for health training physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and community counselors in HIV, TB, and pediatric care. In 2015, we expanded our mission to include direct service delivery. Today, ITECH operates across the entire HIV clinical continuum, implementing life-saving programs such as DREAMS, Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), and Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) to protect the next generation of Namibians.
